I'm a GIS graduate and I was ust going to add a GIS component to my site as a way of staying in practice. I saw your googlemaps window in your sidebar and was wondering how you 'coded' it to show your current location as blinking. When I GIS the crap out of my current blog maybe we can link blogs?! Keep it going!!
Hi tokyo t Thank you for your nice words on my blog. The blinking red dot is a gif picture all you have to do is to specify the picture with lon and lat in google map API. But I am afraid you have to change the lon and lat everytime you go somewhere else. I'll be glad to link blogs, just let me know when you are ready.
